 Обработка канавки хмеля
 Для обработки канавок HOP Up требуется исключительно высокая точность. В отличие от более распространенного метода обработки концевых фрезеровок на токарном станке, мы тратим время и средства на индивидуальную обработку каждой канавки HOP с помощью погружного электроэрозионного станка, что обеспечивает высочайшую точность.




 Тефлоновое покрытие
 Тефлоновое покрытие — это специальное покрытие, обогащенное различными добавками для улучшения его свойств. Это покрытие обладает превосходной износостойкостью и отличными характеристиками скольжения, что делает его более долговечным, чем обычное гальваническое покрытие.




 Это покрытие также устойчиво к загрязнениям и просто в уходе, требуя минимального обслуживания. Регулярная чистка внутреннего ствола с помощью шомпола поможет поддерживать оптимальные характеристики, улучшая дальность полета пули, кучность и стабильность.

    Warranty Coverage:

    • General Warranty Information:

      This 6-month warranty (the "Warranty") applies to all airsoft guns purchased from Tokyo Marui Shop ("the Seller") and covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues. The Warranty is valid from the date of purchase.

    • Scope of Coverage:

      This Warranty includes repair or replacement, at the Seller's discretion, of any part or component found to be defective in materials or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty period. The Warranty covers the airsoft gun itself and its internal components.

    Warranty Exclusions:

    • Negligence and Misuse:

      This Warranty does not cover damage resulting from negligence, misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications of the airsoft gun.

    • Wear and Tear:

      Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic imperfections and damage caused by regular usage, is not covered by this Warranty.

    • Non-Original Parts:

      The Warranty is void if non-original parts or accessories not provided by the Seller are used on or in the airsoft gun.

    Warranty Claim Process:

    • Contact Customer Support:

      If you believe your airsoft gun is covered by this Warranty due to a manufacturing defect, please contact our Customer Support team at info@tokyomarui.shop.

    • Proof of Purchase:

      To initiate a Warranty claim, you will be required to provide a copy of your original purchase receipt, clearly indicating the date of purchase.

    • Evaluation:

      Our technical team will evaluate the airsoft gun to determine if the issue is covered by this Warranty.

    • Repair or Replacement:

      If the issue is covered, the Seller will, at its discretion, repair or replace the airsoft gun or defective components. The Seller will cover the cost of parts and labor.

    • Return Shipping:

      If repair or replacement is necessary, the Buyer is responsible for shipping the airsoft gun to the Seller. The Seller will cover the return shipping cost.

    Warranty Duration:

    This 6-month Warranty begins on the date of purchase and is valid for a period of six (6) months thereafter.

    Disclaimer:

    This Warranty policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Any implied warranties applicable by law are limited to the duration of this Warranty. In no event shall the Seller be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

    We reserve the right to amend or update this Warranty policy as necessary.
