1. Eligibility

This promotion is open to individuals aged 18 or older. By purchasing or entering, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. This promotion is only open to adult residents of the following countries: France, Spain, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Ireland, Greece, Latvia, Hungary, Bulgaria, Malta, Poland, Kazakhstan and the United States (Hawaii and Puerto Rico excepted). Participants from other countries may play, but their prize will not be shipped to them. Instead the value of the prize will be converted to store credit.

2. How It Works

Each Weapon Cache purchase (price: $19.95 USD) includes one randomized mystery prize. Every purchase guarantees a physical item (or item bundle) with a minimum estimated retail value of $19.95 USD or more. Some participants may receive higher-value items, randomly distributed as outlined in the prize tiers below. The campaign resets every 30 days, regardless of the number of remaining tickets available for sale.

3. Prize Tiers and Odds

Prize distribution is based on a batch size of 250 Caches. The following are approximate odds:

Tier 1 Random gas or electric rifle, value: >$500 USD(1 in ~250)

Tier 2 Random gas Pistol, value: >$100 USD (1 in ~83)

Tier 3 Random air pistol, value: >35 USD(1 in ~8.3)

Tier 4 Goodies bag, value: >15 USD (86% odds)

Prize values are based on current retail pricing and may vary slightly depending on regional availability and stock. Winners’ choice of models for Tier 1 and Tier 2 prizes won’t be honored if the models are not in stock or not scheduled to be in stock within 30 days of winning. Winners then must select a different model reputed in stock.

4. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of this campaign, all sales are final. Prizes cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective. In such cases, please contact customer service within 7 days of delivery.

Digital tickets sold to enter the sweepstake are non refundable under any circumstance.

5. Transparency and Fairness

Prize allocation is randomized using a third party (www.random.org)l, verifiable method to ensure fairness and integrity. Some images shown in promotional materials may be for illustrative purposes only. Winning odds fairness is guaranteed by Random.org, which will publish the winners independently using a highly random method based on atmospheric noise, guaranteeing fairness for every participant.

7. Legal Notice

This promotion is operated by TM Japan, headquartered in Japan. The Weapon Cache campaign is designed in compliance with promotional laws in major markets, including the United States. We reserve the right to cancel or modify the campaign at any time without notice.

Participants are responsible for any applicable import taxes, customs duties, with receiving prizes internationally. All prizes include free shipping to eligible countries.
