Troubleshooting
Are you encountering issues with your weapon? Here are resources to identify and troubleshoot malfunctioning airsoft guns. 

Next Generation/Standard/High Cycle/Compact Electric Rifles and Pistols

A) PRODUCT MALFUNCTION

​

If you are experiencing issues with your product, please review the following checklist:

​

1. Check Safety Device:
- Ensure that the safety (safety device) on the main unit is released.
- Adjust the model selector to switch between semi-auto or full auto firing modes.
- If the model does not have a firing mode switch, release the safety accordingly.

​

2. Cancel Auto Stop (For Models with Auto Stop System):
- Press the bolt catch firmly to cancel auto stop.
- Note: Depending on the gear position, a firm press may be required to cancel auto stop.

​

3. Battery Status:
- Confirm if the battery is fully charged.
- Properly charge the battery using the correct methods.
- Note: Charging, discharging, and storage methods vary based on battery type. Incorrect usage may damage

  the battery.

​

4. Battery Temperature:
- Ensure the battery is not too cold.
- Warm the battery to room temperature (20°C to 30°C) before use to avoid power loss.

​

5. Check Battery Connection:
- Reconnect the connector firmly between the main unit and the battery.
- For electric compact machine guns/electric gun handgun types/SOPMOD battery-compatible models, ensure

  the battery is securely inserted.

​

6. Verify Connector Polarity:
- Ensure the positive and negative terminals of the connector are connected correctly.
- For electric compact machine guns/electric gun handgun types, ensure the battery is inserted correctly.

​

7. Fuse Check:
- Inspect if the fuse is blown.
- Replace the fuse with a new one if necessary.

​

If the issue persists after following the above steps...

​

-->>Potential causes may include poor contacts, motor issues, or battery life depletion. Please contact our after-sales service department or the store where you purchased the product for further assistance.

B) FIRE MALFUNCTION

​

If you encounter a situation where there is a working sound (motor sound), but the BB bullet is not fired, please follow these steps:

​

1. Check BB Bullet Feed:
- Ensure there are BB bullets loaded in the magazine.
- Follow the handling instructions and insert BB bullets into the magazine accordingly.

​

2. Inspect Magazine for Blockages:
- Verify if the BB bullet is stuck in the magazine.
- Use the provided "charging rod" to move up and down inside the magazine 2 to 3 times to clear any obstructions.

​

3. Rapid-Fire Magazine Mainspring:
- If using a rapid-fire magazine with a gun other than the electric gun handgun type, ensure the mainspring is turned all    the way.
- Rotate the mainspring located at the bottom of the magazine fully.
- Note: Depending on the situation, it may be necessary to turn the mainspring midway even if BB bullets are still present.

​

4. Remove Protective Cap:
- Ensure the protective cap is removed before firing.

​

5. Check for BB Bullets Inside the Main Unit:
- If BB bullets are stuck inside the main unit, refer to the "How to Remove Jammed Bullets" section in the handling precautions/instruction manual.

​

6. Use Specified BB Bullets:
- Ensure that the BB gun is using the BB bullets specified in the handling precautions/instruction manual.

If the BB bullet still does not fire after performing the above steps...

​

-->>There may be an internal gear problem. Please contact our after-sales service department or the store where you purchased the product for further assistance.

​

FULL AUTO MODE NOT WORKING

 

1. Battery Power:

- Ensure the battery has enough power. If low, recharge the battery.

​

2. Defective Bullet:
- Check if the BB bullet is stuck in the magazine.
- Use the provided "charging rod" to clear any snags by moving it up and down 2 to 3 times.

SEMI AUTO MODE NOT WORKING

​

1. Battery Power:
- Verify if the battery has enough power. Recharge if low.

​

2. Selector Switch:
- Try firing in full auto mode for about 5-6 shots, then switch back to semi-auto.
- Ensure the trigger is pulled all the way when firing to prevent timing issues with the internal gear.

SLOW FULL AUTO SPEED

​

1. Battery Power:
- Check if the battery has sufficient power. Recharge if low.

- If the issue persists, consider replacing the battery with a new one.

SHORT BULLET FLIGHT DISTANCE

​

1. BB Bullet Specification:
- Ensure you are using BB bullets specified in the handling precautions/instruction manual.

2. Regular Cleaning:
- Follow the instructions for cleaning the inside of the chamber as outlined in the manual.

​

3. Hop-up Adjustment:
- Adjust the hop-up according to the instructions provided in the manual.

​

BULLET MUZZLE SPILL

​

1. Hop-Up Adjustment:
- Adjust the hop-up according to the instructions provided in the manual.

​

2. BB Bullet Specification:
- Ensure you are using BB bullets specified in the handling precautions/instruction manual.

​

​

CONTACT WITH WATER OR OTHER LIQUIDS

​

1. Stop Using Immediately:
- Turn off the product and remove the battery.

​

2. Dry Thoroughly:
- Wipe off any moisture inside the main unit and battery.
- Allow them to dry thoroughly for several days.

​

3. Test Fire:
- Once dry, set the battery again and test fire in a safe place.

​

​

Gas Blowback Rifles and Pistols

​

PRODUCT MALFUNCTION

​

1. Safety Device:
- Ensure the safety device on the main unit is turned off according to the instructions.

 

2. Magazine Status:
- Check if the magazine is empty or low on gas.
- Firmly press the safety button when gripping the magazine.

 

3. Gas Level in Magazine:
- If there's excess gas, release it gradually by pressing the magazine release valve.

 

4. Magazine Temperature:
- Cool the magazine to around 20-30°C if it's too warm.

 

5. Slide and Hammer:
- Operate the slide and set the hammer to full cock as instructed.

BLOWBACK WORKS, YET NO BULLETS ARE FIRED

​

1. BB Bullet Presence:
- Ensure there are BB bullets in the magazine as per the instructions.

​

2. Magazine Inspection:
- Use a plastic rod to clear any bullet jams in the magazine.

​

3. Remove Protective Cap:
- Take off the protective cap if present.

​

4. First Bullet Sending:
- Follow the manual's instructions to send the first bullet to the main body.

​

5. Magazine Temperature:
- Warm the magazine to around 20-30°C if it's cold.

​

6. Internal Obstructions:
- Attempt to clear any bullet jams inside the main unit.

​

7. BB Bullet Type:
- Only use BB bullets specified in the manual.

​

SLOW FULL AUTO SPEED

1. Magazine Temperature:
- Warm the magazine to around 20-30°C if it's cold.

2. Gas Level:

- Lubricate the operating parts as instructed.

​

SLIDE ACTION ISSUE

​

1. Slide Stop:
- Release the slide stop if engaged.

​

2. Internal Obstructions:
- Check for any BB bullets or foreign objects inside the main unit.

MUZZLE GAS SPILL

​

1. Magazine Temperature:
- Warm the magazine to around 20-30°C if it's cold.

2. Proper Firing Position:
