3.3 Parcel Reception: If you do not receive your order, please check with your local post office before contacting us. Contact us if your parcel is not received within 45 days after shipment.

3.4 Parcel Tracking: Customers are responsible for tracking their parcels online using the provided tracking number. If required, contact the carrier to arrange delivery.

4. RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

4.1 Product Satisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with a product not matching the description on our website, you have 7 days after receipt to file a complaint and request a refund or exchange. Return requests must be made via email, including the reason for return and the order number. We can't accept return requests for products that have be tampered with, damaged, or visibly disassembled.

4.2 Returns Shipping: Shipping fees will not be refunded, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The returned product must be in new condition (undismantled, without signs of wear) and in its original packaging.

4.3 Cancellation: Cancellations are possible if the parcel has not been processed and shipped for in-stock products. For "available on request" products, cancellations or changes are possible before we order from our distributors.
