Delivery time:

Delivery times displayed at checkout are indicative and can vary depending on global logistics.

US federal airsoft laws compliance:

Products are shipped in compliance with US federal laws about airsoft products (e.g: blaze orange plug).

All-Inclusive Import Shipping:

Select products are eligible for All-Inclusive Import Shipping, which includes customs duties, brokerage, and clearance handling. No additional payment required on delivery.

Standard Import Shipping:

If you choose standard import shipping, your are responsible for paying any possible import tax, fees or duties when the parcel is delivered to you. If you refuse the parcel, it will be returned to us and you will be refunded after deducting 5% credit card processing fees and the shipping costs paid at the time of order.

Order Processing:

3-5 days of extra processing time is required to comply with US airsoft laws of each state (e.g.: orange flash hider and tape, extra documents) before we can ship your products.

Please be patient while we process your order. Parcels are delivered by UPS® and you will receive a tracking number when your order is ready to de dispatched.

Sudden cancellations:

Please note that according to our store policy, an order pending shipping that is canceled for any reason will be refunded minus 5% of the order value to cover payment processing fees we incur and a restocking fee of:

40 USD for any rifle ordered
20 USD for any pistol ordered
10 USD for any accessory ordered

Gas type:

Please note that we do not honour warranty claims for products malfunctions stemming from the use of a gas type other than HFC134a or 144a.

Batteries and chargers:

Unless specified, electric rifles don't come with a battery and charger, they are sold separately.

Europe:

VAT and customs duties will be raised when your parcel arrive. You are responsible for paying these fees. Please use our international website for pricing in Euro and region-based promotions.
