An Update about USA taxes and Europe VAT

Recently, there has been some confusion regarding the new import tariffs imposed in the USA and since now the picture is much clearer, we are announcing the following:

Import Tariffs for the USA

Before the new tariffs, airsoft guns were imported without any extra taxes to the USA. Now, regardless of the value of the package, a 15% tax will be imposed on each parcel, as per White House announcement.

This is causing problems with customers who are not aware of the new tariffs or who don't want to pay extra at delivery, which is fully understandable.

That is why we are now offering Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) to our American customers. In practice, the new tariffs are now included in the price displayed and you will not have anything more to pay when the package is delivered to you.

VAT taxes for Europe

Regarding Europe, VAT still applies as normal at the customs when your parcel gets processed in your destination country. However, we will either:

• Refund up to 20% of the VAT portion of the total duties you need to pay when the parcel is delivered to you. (we can only refund you the VAT portion, not any other duties). To get a refund, please send us the customs receipt so we can calculate and your bank details. We can't processed refunds requests without your official documents. Refunds are processed within 10 days after receiving your customs receipts.

• Alternatively, we can offer you store credit of 20% of the value of your order. Example: you buy a Hi-Capa 5.1 Government for 129 USD. We will give you a store credit of 25.80$ to use at anytime for a future purchase.
