American airsoft enthusiasts are more and more numerous and we are grateful for their loyalty. In order to better serve American customers, we are upgrading our shipping service. Japan Post offers limited shipping options and our customers deserve the best possible service, that is why we now are offering US domestic shipping. Due to its relative proximity to Japan, we have now opened a parcel relay center located in Los Angeles, CA. For parcels bound to the east coast, mid west and south, we also have relay centers in New York, NY and Orlando, FL. This will reduce delivery times and increase efficiency. This parcel center will allow us to take advantage of the wide distribution network companies such as FedEx and UPS possess in the USA. This means that most customers will now benefit from a more reliable service at no additional cost . For example, John from Austin, Texas orders a Hi-Capa 5.1 . This pistol will now transit through our relay center in Los Angeles and then be forwarded by either UPS, Fedex or in some cases USPS directly to his residential address. This new logistics method will start on March 4th, 2025 and some customers are already benefitting from domestic delivery, which is a noticeable improvement in terms of tracking capabilities and proximity of service. Practically, customers will receive a new domestic tracking number issued by UPS/Fedex/USPS as soon as their parcel arrives at one of our relay centers. Their order will then be forwarded by the carrier that is most relevant to the destination state. This year is generous in new announcements and the Shizuoka Hobby Show 2025 has provided a lot of exciting new Tokyo Marui releases which will delight fans of forward-thinking models and technological innovations. P320 - A new flagship gas blowback pistol model Technology is at the heart of every successful product and this year marks the advent of new advances in gas blowback pistol in the form of the P320. We have noticed that many customers are not familiar with this expedition method and either worry or want to cancel their order while it is still in transit. Despite being very transparent and displaying information about Surface Mail shipping at every step of the purchase process, we keep receiving cancelations notices, which incur high fees and product loss. We believe these cancelations are due to a lack of familiarity with this expedition method, that is why this option will be remain available, however we will only accept wire transfer or Bitcoin payment for Surface Mail orders going forward. Please do not pay a Surface Mail order using your credit card, or your order will be canceled and refunded according to our Store Policy . New EMS shipping method From November 28th onward, we will offer EMS, or Express Mail Service. It's Japan's fastest international shipping option, with delivery times as low as 7 working days to the USA and 10-12 days to Europe (approximate times, not guaranteed). Note that these timeframes are calculated after parcels have left Japan, not when they are still being processed after you have made your order.
